This page explains the difference between cancelling your monthly subscription, requesting a refund, and exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from your Dose of Perspective subscription within 14 days without giving a reason.
For a subscription involving regular deliveries of physical goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the first letter.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

You do not have to use the model withdrawal form provided further down this page.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.
After selecting Withdraw from my subscription, you will be asked to provide or confirm:
Your name
Information that allows us to identify your subscription
The email address to which your withdrawal confirmation should be sent
You will then be able to submit your request using the Confirm withdrawal button.
After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive confirmation electronically without undue delay. This confirmation will include the content of your request and the date and time it was received.
If you validly withdraw from your subscription, we will:
End your subscription
Stop future subscription payments
Refund all payments received from you under the withdrawn subscription
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur fees as a result of the refund.
We do not require you to return any Dose of Perspective letter that you received before exercising your right of withdrawal.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is different from cancelling your subscription.
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, you can still cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment is processed. Your renewal date is normally the same calendar date on which you originally joined and can be viewed in Stripe’s secure customer portal.
Cancellation prevents future payments, but it does not reverse a payment that has already been processed. If you cancel after paying for an edition, you will still receive that edition according to our regular dispatch schedule.

After the statutory withdrawal period has ended, payments are not refunded solely because a subscription is subsequently cancelled.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a letter is defective, seriously damaged, not delivered, or if a payment was collected incorrectly.
